Job Requirements
- Manage design projects through the different phases of the project—from concept to execution—as a member of the Belgian-based Interior & Design team
- Oversee all aspects of project execution, from conceptualisation through construction and final delivery, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule
- Communicate transparently and effectively with clients, keeping them informed of project progress, milestones, and challenges.
- You are responsible for translating the concept into architecture plans, mood boards &3D renderings
- Coordinate interdisciplinary teams of architects and craftsmen to realise the project vision with uncompromising attention to detail
- Complying with standard & local planning regulations, as well as prepare floor plans, elevations, details in AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Collaborate with other team members within the organisation
- Contribute to the execution of the project by choosing finishing materials, appliances, etc. and you integrate these into the plans
- Willing to assist in gallery events and prospection of projects
- Flexibility in setting the guidelines for the mandarin speaking market
- You will be working on projects in China: as base you will work from our main office in Wijnegem—following the project needs you may stay longer periods in China.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in architecture or interior architecture or related working experience
- Experience in high-end residential project management
- Fluent Mandarin/English – Dutch is a plus and Resident in Belgium
- Willing the travel for longer periods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic knowledge of Revit and SketchUp
- Creative & visualisation skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards
- Technical insight and thorough knowledge of interior design
- Able to work independently, but also function well in a project team
- Eye for detail, meticulous and organized
- Result driven & discrete
- Contribute to results of a project within time and budget
- Communication and presentation skills
- Stress resistant, problem-solving attitude
- Communicative and taking initiative

The company’s headquarters are in Belgium, occupying part of a site known as Kanaal, located in Wijnegem, which is twenty minutes outside of Antwerp. There is a branch office in Connecticut (USA) and a second gallery location in Hong Kong.
Currently, there are about 85 people employed across the company’s various teams: art historians, restoration staff, interior architects, draftsmen, sales, logistics, and so on.
